I have to admit, I haven't really been feeling Swedish House Mafia's recent singles One and Miami 2 Ibiza. They're in my opinion commercialized poppy dance which seems to permeate popular culture relentlessly in television, radio and in pubs and clubs endlessly. It's pretty tiresome. They're not awful tracks by any stretch of the imagination, but they are quite interchangeable with other similar tracks which is never a good sign.
So I'm happy to report that Save The World doesn't suffer from this problem. Sure, you've probably heard similar sounding songs before, but this is different enough to be interesting, and that in itself is cause for celebration.
The fact that it has great vocal talent in John Martin, and a great build and drop, and a thumping bassline makes this a contender for summer anthem.
